General terms and conditions for Centuro Ab’s online store

The following points include customer and seller terms of service between the online store Unishop, the customer and Centuro Ab (FO-number 3190329–6). When the customer has successfully paid, he accepts these terms and binds himself to comply with them. The agreement arises when the customer has paid and the service provider has confirmed it.

Centuro Ab will inform customers of any changes in the terms of the customer agreement no later than one calendar month before the changes take effect.

Centuro Ab reserves the right to change the delivery terms and prices. All prices include VAT.

The products and services purchased are selected on the website by being added to the shopping cart. The purchase is sent by paying for the contents of the shopping cart at the online store’s checkout. When you complete a purchase, you agree to the product description, delivery terms, product prices and any eventual delivery costs.

If an e-mail address has been given at the time of purchase, the order confirmation for the purchase will be sent by e-mail. The order confirmation includes which products / services have been ordered and the final price.


Visma Pay (Paybyway Oy, FO number 2486559-4), which is registered in the register of payment institutions maintained by the Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority, acts as the payment intermediary for the online store. The payment is completed via the Visma Pay web service and on the bank statement and invoice, Visma Pay or Paybyway Oy can be seen as the payee. Visma Pay forwards the payments to the online merchant. It is safe to pay, as the information about the payment transaction is transmitted via encrypted connection.

The transaction arises between the customer and Centuro Ab. The online store is responsible for all of the obligations relating to the store.

Payment method

Via the Visma Pay / PayForm service, you can pay with online banking codes, wallet and payment cards (credit / debit). The following payment methods are available: Andelsbanken, Nordea, Danske Bank, Oma Säästöpankki, Sparbanken, Aktia, Paikallisosuuspankit, S-Banken, Handelsbanken, Ålandsbanken, MobilePay, Pivo, Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard and Debit MasterCard, and Jousto.

MobilePay: You can pay using MobilePay wallet if you have allowed online purchases in the application settings. Payments made with a MobilePay wallet will be debited to the debit card connected to the wallet. If the setting on MobilePay is incorrectly set then utilzing the debit card, is impossible thereby you will be unable to pay with the MobilePay wallet in the online store.

Jousto invoice and installment is a Finnish payment service that allows you to make your purchases quickly and securely. Jousto has been specifically designed for customers with impeccable finances. With Jousto, you receive 30 days of interest free and free payment time. Once you have received the invoice, you can decide whether to pay it in full or in installments. With installments, you can pay your purchase for up to 36 rates, from 9,90 euros/month. The cost of the Jousto installment payment is 3.90 euros / month and a credit interest rate of 19.90%. Orders are sent on weekdays. The delivery time for customized products is usually 1-3 weeks. The delivery costs will depend on the chosen delivery method, any additional services, the weight and size of the order. You will see the final delivery costs on the online store’s checkout function before the final order is approved.

If the product disappears or is damaged during delivery, this must be reported immediately, but no later than within 14 days to the online store. Packaging damaged during delivery must be reported immediately to the responsible delivery company.

Right of withdrawal and right of exchange

Online store customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act. The customer is offered the right to exchange some or all of the products that make up the order. Products to be replaced must be in the original packaging and in proper sales condition. Any postage (from 6.00 €) that arises in connection with the change of the product is the responsibility of the customer. If you want to replace a product, contact us on our e-mail and ask for replacement instructions. Enter your full name, order number, contact information and account number for a possible refund.

Cancellation of purchases, liability for defects and complaints

Before delivery, the order can be canceled by written notice via e-mail.

The online store has statutory liability for errors in the products sold. In the event of a complaint, please contact our customer service via .

The consumer has the right to bring any disputes to the Consumer Disputes Board for a decision.

Storage of personal information will only save your name, address, e-mail address and telephone number to guarantee that the products that have been ordered reach the correct person. The information that Unishop retains is only stored for a period of 12 months. The information that has been stored may only be used by Unishop to ensure that you have received the correct product when ordering.
